The 60-day guarantee

Every order of Moringa Leaf Complex is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase. If the product is not right for your routine, you may request a refund within that window.

How refunds are handled

Payments are processed by Digistore24, and refunds run through the same channel. That means an established payment processor stands behind the guarantee rather than an email-only arrangement.

Making a claim

Find your order confirmation email, which carries your order number and receipt.
Contact support using the details on that confirmation, or via our contact page.
Quote your order number and state that you are claiming under the 60-day guarantee.
Follow any return instructions you are given.

Keep a copy of anything you send, and start the process comfortably before day 60 rather than on the final day.

Knowing your deadline

The guarantee period runs 60 days. If you are unsure whether your window starts at purchase or at delivery, ask support before ordering and keep their answer. Noting the date your parcel arrives means you always know where you stand.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.

Returns

If a return is required, support will tell you at the point of your claim. Please do not send anything back before receiving instructions — unadvised returns are difficult to trace and may delay your refund.

Not covered

Claims made after the 60-day window has closed, and claims where no order number can be located, may not be eligible. Customs charges and import duties levied by a destination country are set by local authorities and cannot be refunded by us.
