Processing your order

Orders are fulfilled by EZNaturals and processed securely through Digistore24. Once payment clears you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Keep that email — it is the fastest route to support later.

Dispatch

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are handled on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery windows depend on your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimates are shown during checkout before you confirm payment.

When your parcel is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, including tracking details where your chosen method provides them.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Multi-bottle supplies may qualify for reduced or free shipping; the checkout page shows what applies to your order.

Check your address

Please review your delivery address carefully before confirming. If you spot a mistake, contact support immediately — an address can usually be corrected before dispatch but not afterwards.

Delays outside our control

Carrier backlogs, customs processing on international orders, severe weather and public holidays can all cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support with your order number and we will help trace it.

Damaged or missing parcels

Contact support with your order number. Please keep the packaging if a parcel arrives damaged, as carriers often require it when investigating.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the recipient's responsibility.
